Lake Membership 2025

Please note that membership is mandatory and not a choice.  You do have the option of joining as a partial or full member which is explained in the billing notice.  Of course, we encourage every resident to join as a full member. Please feel free to email us regarding information about our community.  The email to reach the board of trustees is lakeconwaycommunity@gmail.com.

If you are a full member, please be sure to follow us on Facebook as well.  Here you can find updates on events, closures of the lake due to weather in the summer season, and connect with community members.  It is a great way to keep us all connected. OPTION #1 FULL MEMBERSHIP DUES: $450.00

Includes all rights and privileges (Use of beach, swimming, fishing, boating, ice skating, family/neighborhood activities etc.)

​OPTION #2 PRO RATA FAIR SHARE CONTRIBUTION: $375.00

(per NJ Case Law. Includes each homeowner's pro rata contribution to maintaining the lake pursuant to their easement privileges in each property owner's chain of title, but DOES NOT afford the rights and privileges of full membership…use of beach property, swimming, fishing, boating, ice skating, etc.)​

We are pleased to announce that for 2025 we are accepting online Membership dues payments! There is a fee rendered from our bank for this convenience:

• Full Membership Digital Payment: $450.00 + $13.35 fee = $463.35

• Partial Membership Digital Payment: $375.00 + $11.18 fee = $386.18
